Magic Kits

One of the best ways to learn basic magic tricks are with magic kits. These can be found in a variety of places such as bookstores, magic shops and online. These sets contain instructions for performing basic tricks and many include a number of props to aid the magician and allow them to perform more tricks.

Some of the best magic kits include plenty of props but most importantly they have an instructional movie that highlights the maneuvers much better than a book can explain. If it contains a book be sure it has illustrations or it can be frustrating trying to decipher hand movements and where the trick actually takes place. A lot of magic is building up the audience for something then quickly misdirecting them while trick is performed.

Magic kits are an excellent tool for magicians and allow even the novice to learn magic quickly and easily. There are literally thousands of different tricks that can be combined with thousands of different props. Often the procedure and theory of the trick is very similar which can be explained in book and movies.
