Magic Set
For young and beginning magicians a magic set is one of the easiest ways to start learning how to perform sleight of hand and misdirection. They include many different supplies depending on the scope of the set. Some are designed for card tricks, others coin and ball tricks while many have an array of supplies that can be used for many different maneuvers.
A magic set often includes and educational DVD to further demonstrate the tricks that will be taught. One of the best ways to learn magic is seeing it performed behind the scenes. These movies often show the tricks from many different angles, including the audience and the magicians view as well as slow motion versions of very quick maneuvers.
The size and quality of a magic set varies from manufacturer and price range. Some are the size of book and have a few supplies attached to them while others come in a large box and contain everything from metal rings to playing cards to a wizard’s hat. They can easily be found online, at party supply stores and at magic shops.
